The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program. It has no religious, political or strategic affiliations. IAYP have an established capacity for identifying hard issues and challenges associated with youth. Our framework is used by schools, youth organisations, community groups, correctional services, employers and government departments nationwide. Around the world, more than 140 countries use this model for positive youth empowerment. IAYP draw together and connect people, institutions and generations with the common purpose of youth development and inclusion. IAYP is the Programme of choice for over 11 million people in the world today.

We have organized International Award for Young People – Award programme orientation workshop at Desia Matric school, Kannamangalam. Our programme intern Mr.Priyason Pauldurai has been facilitated and introduced about International Award for Young People programme. Ms.Sumitra from our Youth Resource Center has been introduced about record maintaining of International Award for Young People programme. Studnets from grade 9^th to 12^th has been participated in this workshop. Studnets got the clear idea about the International Award for Young People and they have given the great feedback at the end of the session.
