EYLP event
William Butler Yeats once said that Education should not be the filling of a pail, but lighting of a fire. Rightly so our chief goal these past three years has always been to teach the young on how to live and lead lives in the best way possible through experiential education .The main initiatives of our program are as follows
- Experiential Learning: Ensuring each activity draws on knowledge and skills beyond the classroom discipline. Aims for application beyond the Class room. Transfer ability to future Situation
- Case Base Learning: Case is a record of Student issues, facts & opinions which are rooted in real life situation. Logic and intuition is used by Students in real life to fill gaps in information and the same is needed in case study also
- Collaborative Training: Here the collaboration between two or more Trainers/students– shared responsibility inside and outside the classroom – will give the students an opportunity for heightened reflection and better learning experience for the learner
- Live Projects: Aims to motivate students to apply concepts from domain subjects in a real world situation, to meet different kinds of people and to develop adaptability and flexibility to enable a ‘deeper approach’ in learning and faster the development of reflective skills.
- Management Skill Games: Strong social skills are a vital component of managing employees. For instance the manager of a small business will have duties that include addressing customer complaints, but he must also effectively communicate with employees and coordinate efforts in an efficient and effective.

“The program was amazing. By learning to use sports as a tool for teaching life-skills, I also got to know about my true potential and limits. The training helped us to actually learn about how to play a role in the nation building process. I would like to express my wholehearted gratitude towards Mr Dinesh Gajendran for having provided me with this opportunity”
