Empowering Young Leaders Potential (EYLP) is a summer school youth development programme to bring youth as change agent in the community which is to be held between May – June every year. Around 50 youth from various region of India will take  part of this globally recognized summer school programme.

This programme will give youth the best opportunity to unleash the real potential to empower themselves and community around them. Through providing various social projects, field visits, we give opportunity for youth to develop leadership, communication, global understanding, civic citizenship, skill development and engage with societal issues to be a part of new generation change agent.

The participants will incubate into various programmes of ours, partner organizations and global network around the world. After the EYLP Programme, the qualified participants will get the opportunity to participate in the Audacious Dreams Young Professional Programme.

EYLP has been initiated in this year with 20 young people came from various regions of Tamilnadu. Programme atarted from 7^th May 2014 – 26^th May 2014 in various places of Vellore District. Resource persons from various fields were invited to facilitate in this programme. Mr.Sridhar Gajendran, Regional Business Manager for South India – GSK, Mr.Lenin, Rotaract club of Medras, Mr.Dinesh Gajendran, Catalyst and Executive Director of audacious Dreams has been facilitated in this EYLP programme.
