3rd India-Srilanka Youth Exchange

“Audacious Dreams Foundation” (ADF), India aims to inspire, inform, engage, enable and empower youth for global understanding and sustainable development.
As part of our organisation’s mandate Global Understanding and Sustainable Development(GUSD) : we promote Mainstreaming youth participation at International level by various measures using Exchange programme, Interstate/country cultural forum, Inter Country Youth forums, policy making at international level to raise youth voice and strengthening “Be Seen, Be Heard”.
We the Audacious Dreams Foundation, India in association with National Youth Services Council (NYSC), Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs, Govt. of Srilanka jointly hosted India-Srilanka Youth Exchange (ISYE) Programme held in Srilanka during July 2015 & September 2016 and in India during August 2015 & July 2016 in Srilanka.
We feel great organize the ISYE 2017 series during August / September 2017 in association with NYSC, Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs, Govt. of Srilanka. Extending an opportunity to invite students/youth to participate in the ISYE programme which is to be held in July/Aug 2017 in Srilanka (exact Dates will be announced shortly)
We believe this GUSD programme India-Srilanka Youth Exchange 2017 will give an opportunity to unleash the potential of our India-Srilanka youth to empower themselves and community around them. This GUSD visit help our fellow youth to create peace talks, civic responsibility, culture understanding, policy exchange, Management skills, communication, rich diverse experience, field visits etc. We see opportunity for youth to develop and engage with societal issues to be a part of new generation change agent
We welcome applications from young people between the 15-29 ages to represent India in this Youth Camp. Application from faculty coordinators, academicians, youth workers also most welcome
Duration: 9 days

The National Youth Services Council(NYSC)-Srilanka, Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs, Govt of Srilanka at present function as the forerunner among the country’s youth development agencies with its proven track record. The National Youth Services Council also has evolved its dynamic role to cater to the current needs of the youth with a new vigor, fresh outlook and a refined approach. The National Youth Services Council of Sri Lanka has been established with the aim of guiding the Sri Lankan youth in the proper direction to enable them to empower themselves to the fullest potential while contributing to nation’s prosperity. Hence, youth of Sri Lanka are also having an undertaking for economic and social upliftment of the country. It is important to inculcate self reliance in youths and directing them towards winning over those goals.
Srilanka-United Nations Friendship Organisation
SUNFO is a non-political, non-racial and non-sectarian organization working towards peace, harmony and well-being of the mankind according to the principles of the United Nations. SUNFO was inaugurated on 22 May, 1999 with the patronage of the Hon. Speaker of the parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and with the blessings of the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Colombo. SUNFO is a registered vulnerary social service organization in the National Secretariat of NGOS under the Ministry of Defense in Sri Lanka and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the aliened Ministry for SUNFO.
