The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program. It has no religious, political or strategic affiliations. IAYP have an established capacity for identifying hard issues and challenges associated with youth. Our framework is used by schools, youth organisations, community groups, correctional services, employers and government departments nationwide. Around the world, more than 140 countries use this model for positive youth empowerment. IAYP draw together and connect people, institutions and generations with the common purpose of youth development and inclusion. IAYP is the Programme of choice for over 11 million people in the world today.

We have organized Award Leader orientation and Training workshop for school teachers from various schools came from in and arround Gudiyattam at St.John’s Matricultion School. Our Youth Resource Center volunteers and participated in this workshop. Mr.Bivujit Mukkoty, Programme Manager, International Award for Young People (IAYP) – India has been facilitated and gave the orientation session for the participants. Our catalyst and Executive Director Mr.Dinesh Gajendran, our International Volunteer Mr.Malahrdeen Mohamed & our Youth Resource Center members also falicitated in this training workshop. At the end of the session all the participants were inspired and motivated to bring this peogramme to the young people.
