Indian Special Project:

More than 3000 young people have participated in the Indian Special Projects programme on an equal footing. The programme is extremely popular with young people of both sexes and at times it is difficult to cope with their enthusiasm to join the Award Programme in all its activities. With fresh investments and partnerships with business, to build momentum and make the Award all inclusive, helping equip for life young people from all walks of life. We welcome volunteers, Gold Holders and organizations to work with us, we offer training and resources from the Indian Special Projects funds.

International Award for Young People (IAYP):

The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program without religious, political or strategic affiliations. It has an established capacity for identifying hard issues and challenges associated with youth. IAYP’s framework is used by schools, youth organisations, community groups, correctional services, employers and government departments nationwide. Around the world, more than 140 countries use this model for positive youth empowerment. IAYP draw together and connect people, institutions and generations with the common purpose of youth development and inclusion. IAYP is the Programme of choice for over 11 million people in the world today.

Adventure Journey is one of the process to complete the journey of International Award for Young People (IAYP) which aims to encourage a spirit of adventure and discovery whilst undertaking a journey in a group. This Section seeks to provide participants with a unique, challenging and memorable experience. The journey, with an agreed purpose, should be undertaken in a small team in an unfamiliar environment, requiring determination, physical effort, perseverance and cooperation to complete. We have organized a special adventure journey as part of Indian Special Project of International Award for Young People (IAYP). IAYP bronze & silver level participants from various parts of Tamilnadu has participated in this programme. The programme was organized in Bangalore. Our Catalyst and Executive Director Mr.Dinesh Gajendran who is the training panle member of International Award for Young People – India (IAYP) facilitated the training. The programme comprised of Mountain climbimg, river crossing and some thril adventures. At the end of the programme all the participanrts had shred their lovable memories.
