The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program. It has no religious, political or strategic affiliations. IAYP have an established capacity for identifying hard issues and challenges associated with youth. Our framework is used by schools, youth organisations, community groups, correctional services, employers and government departments nationwide. Around the world, more than 140 countries use this model for positive youth empowerment. IAYP draw together and connect people, institutions and generations with the common purpose of youth development and inclusion. IAYP is the Programme of choice for over 11 million people in the world today.

In India the national office located in New Delhi, we had planed to visit National Center of International Award for Young People (IAYP) with the participants of International Award for Young People. We felt that the meeting would be the remarkable memory in their life. As we felt they have shared their experience after the meeting and visit. We had a discussion with the Mr.Bivujit Mukkotty, programme manager – International Award for Young People (IAYP) – India. We have discussed about the International special project, project flow, outreach of International Award for Young People and supports what we need. Then Mr.Bivujit Mukkotty explained the process of operation especially National center to the award participants.
