The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program. It has no religious, political or strategic affiliations. IAYP have an established capacity for identifying hard issues and challenges associated with youth. IAYP’s framework is used by schools, youth organisations, community groups, correctional services, employers and government departments nationwide. Around the world, more than 140 countries use this model for positive youth empowerment. It draws together and connects people, institutions and generations with the common purpose of youth development and inclusion. IAYP is the Programme of choice for over 11 million people in the world today.

We have organized International Award for Young People orientation workshop at Sacred Heart College, Thirupattur. Students from various Department, Diversified geographical location and different age group were participated. Our catalyst and Executive Director Mr.Dinesh Gajendran has been felicitated the workshop. Our youth resource center volunteer Mr.Cyril Allen Jonathan has been volunteered in this workshop.
